IFHP 's PRESENTATION

IFHP's - International Federation for Housing and Planning - main objective is to create the necessary conditions for a worldwide network, a network which embraces the whole field of housing and planning in the broadest sense of these terms.

A wide range of disciplines are included within the network : architecture, urban and regional planning, traffic and transport planning, ecology, geography, sociology, political science, economics, finance, law, health, statistics, logistics and informatics.

The network can be described as a worldwide group of professionals, politicians, scientists, administrators, civil servants, consultants, builders, financiers, project developers, students, lawyers, etc. All are working for a better quality of life in a better built environment. All influence vital decision-making in their own working practice.
